Somewhere and some time ago, it came to pass that a tradition would be born. That tradition was arming G.O with a water gun during the closing song or songs of a MBLAQ live concert show. It would almost seem if something were awry if G.O were to circumvent the course of a stage and stage runway at the close of a show without some kind of water-laced weaponry affectionally dousing his minions. I suppose if I were to research this phenomenon thoroughly I would be able to pinpoint the exact show where he received the first in his arsenal of many water guns. Instead, I am just going to honor his adorable playfulness in picture form for today’s G.O One Shot. And yes, multiple shots.

It is not too late in this countdown game to add a new sub-category, is it? I kind of wish I would have thought of this one sooner, but inspiration arrives when the time is right I suppose. Just a short, but oh-so-sultry moment from the musical theater stage today that I am going to go ahead and place in the newly minted sub-category I am simply calling, G.O Dance Break. There are 73 days remaining until discharge and I actually believe I could conceivably find 73 instances of G.O dancing outside of the purview of set MBLAQ choreography. I am kind of tempted to challenge myself but instead, I will see how many I can get in the countdown before he comes back. Today, a mash up from the Gwanghwamun Sonata musical stage. A mash up? Yes, I will explain.

Recently, I read that G.O’s Seopyeonje co-star Cha Ji Yeon (who was currently in latest production of the musical) won a Korean Culture Entertainment Award for her role as the compelling Song Hwa. That just opened the Seopyeonje flood gates for me all over again and I decided to share (most likely again and perhaps more than once), one G.O’s magnificent performances of My Life Is Gone captured on video because the Vocal Virtuosity vault has plenty of room to accommodate this amazing song from the masterpiece musical.

It is true that G.O’s mellifluous voice is what often captures our attention first and foremost in connection with his artistry. It is his voice that he has tamed and trained, nurtured and developed. Indeed, G.O’s voice is the instrument he has undoubtedly mastered. But, he has proved that he knows his way around a couple of other musical instruments and back on 21 January 2011, he gave us a playful taste of his piano prowess during and MBC Best Friends Radio program.

Isn’t it wonderful when G.O updates two days in a row? It creates a sense of satisfaction for his fans because his diligence in keeping in contact has been (and remains) consistent. Conversely, it makes us hunger for even more, don’t you think? But, fear not G.Oddesses, I have a feeling more is coming. A lot more as a matter of fact. Woah…big news. Big, big BIG news came at us last night when G.O updated his Instagram account with information that he had completed the reservation for the venue he will be holding his fan meeting at on 24 February 2018. He also intimated that he made his decision regarding the two representatives he sought to put in charge of the event. The reality of seeing him again very soon is really sinking it.

Happy December everyone!! Now that we are in the final month of 2017, the reality of G.O’s return is really settling in, isn’t it?! It is funny how at certain milestones of this countdown I would literally feel so excited. I remember how cranked up I was when G.O completed 100 days and now here we are with only 78 days remaining. I am really finding it hard to contain the excitement. I am sure you are feeling it, too. Speaking of feeling it, I am going back into the temptation vault for today’s Fan-Camming Friday offering choosing the sexy intensity of Y, because . . . why not? I think my wandering into G.O sexy land as of late is due to how independent and self-assured he has been this past year of his service, and how he is settling into that independence. There is something truly sexy about a confident man. And with Y, there was a bounty of confidence that oozed from every performance. I cannot help but revisit it. So then, I offer some focused cam from the M Countdown taping on 3 June 2010 which happened to be the day MBLAQ took home the first place trophy with Y, their first win on MCD.

Some of you may know this about me but in the world outside of my dedicated fangirl duties, I have been for some time and currently am an executive legal secretary in a law firm. So the notion of G.O participating in a variety program that placed him in a position of novice attorney is something I could absolutely appreciate. I have been around brilliant minds and venture to say that had he pursued a career in law, G.O would probably have made a formidable attorney. Attorneys are generally very quick thinkers and are persuasive. I would say G.O has those covered.^^ I must confess however that I have never had the privilege of working along side an attorney that has had his kind of charisma. Furthermore, I have yet to see an attorney light up a courtroom with the kind of hip groove G.O gave viewers during his stint on the MBC legal variety program, 연애 위자료 청구사건 [Dating Alimony Case]. For today then, a playful moment from the courtroom which also doubles as a G.O ~ Juri moment since, well they were both on the show and briefly shared the spotlight together.

We have arrived at the letter S of The ABC’s of G.O. And yes, I am going there. Initially, I told myself, ‘no, you are not going to make it simple and state the obvious: S is for Sexy,’ as I have spent many blog posts stating such and quite frankly, it would be redundant. But I have issued all kinds of redundancy during this countdown series as well as throughout the blog overall when it comes to my ability to excessively (and with good reason) compliment G.O. Furthermore, I have shown no desire to curb or control it. I call that fangirl license. So in the spirit of fangirl license, I take the easy route today with Sexy as my choice of adjective to describe the ever-alluring Jung Byung Hee.
