Okay, I am beginning to understand the recipe here ~ if we continue to challenge the probability of G.O updating, he very well may continue to rise to that challenge. <haha> Okay, I know it does not actually work that way, but it is fun to entertain the idea that G.O is feeling our collective anticipation for continued, steady and sigh-inducing updates, and the universe then conspires to make it happen. I don’t know what kind of strange magic is at play, but I am thrilled that G.O continues to spoil us. His latest posted last night is yet another sweet (and gorgeous) September selca.

Has anyone else been taking long strolls along Blaq Style street as of late? Blaq Style has been wooing me recently and I have been finding myself listening to the album exclusively as well as foraging the internet for pictures and cams. Apart from the eclectic blend of music on the album itself, the visuals that accompanied it in both MVs and public performances were simultaneously powerful and sensual. G.O settling into a softer look proved to be even more lethal when coupled with the fierce on stage performances of Oh Yeah and Stay. So in the interest of not giving you too much sensory overload, I offer two short G.O-focused cam clips from MBLAQ’s performance at the Wonju Oak Valley event on 5 February 2011.

Today, it is quite simple. It is Tuesday and Tuesdays are generally unremarkable. If you work a typical corporate office job like I do, Tuesday is only the second day of the work week and still seems so far from the weekend. Really, there is only one way to give Tuesday a boost and I think the best option is a blast of explosive super sexy G.O circa the Cry era. It is a G.O One Shot day and it would be unfair to limit myself to only one shot today.

I have to be honest when I say that I have not made it through every single variety show, radio broadcast, performance or interview of G.O that has ever been captured. In fact, I am markedly behind (an embarrassingly so). When I finally see something that may be old in the sense that it happened five or more years ago, I am still filled with so much excitement. That kind of excitement that so many of you felt at the time of broadcast or capture. Hopefully, in my late discovery, you are able to relive the excitement once again yourselves. Furthermore, I hope it makes for a nice revisit or a catalyst to revisit something you perhaps have not watched or listened to in a long time. Maybe my post for today will be one of those because if you have not watched the online talk/variety Gurupop Show in a while, you might want to revisit the sweet and silly once again.

Beauty and style documentaries can prove to be informative to keep up to date with trends but when your bias is thrown into the mix, they become even more engaging. I for one can appreciate a nice indirect tutorial on how to replicate the aesthetically appealing and indeed glamorous look our beautiful main vocal presented with the release of MBLAQ’s first full length studio album Blaq Style. In fact, I can only dream of aspiring to look as stunning. Nevertheless, it was a delight to watch long time make up artist to our men, Ham Kyung Shik, work his magic on G.O on the beauty and style show, Trend-E Beauty Project.

I wonder if the wow and entertainment factor was the same watching MBLAQ perform with the iconic Uhm Jung Hwa as it was when Justin Timberlake performed with Madonna. I have to believe it was pretty sensational in that Jung Hwa was considered the Korean Madonna with her eclectic presence and daring style. In any event, MBLAQ’s performance of D.I.S.C.O with Jung Hwa at the KBS Gayo Daechukjae back on 30 December 2011 provides enough frisky focused fan cam of G.O to satisfy me on this Fan-Camming Friday. More than enough!

The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 582

On the evening of 20 September, G.O took to his Instagram account unexpectedly updating mid-week by pulling this amazing shot out of the archives and playfully captioning it:

종로 귀금속집 사장아들같네
[Like the son of a Jong-ro jewelry shop owner]

Ok, so to give this some context, what G.O is basically saying here is that he is looking all big and bold, Jong-ro style. However, he is being extremely humorous about it. Jong-ro is an area in Seoul where you might not see many hipsters for example, but will see many people of a more advanced age. Like in senior citizen age. <hahahaha> G.O is alluding to the fact that he is not being trendy or cute but rather is rocking it old school style. He’s so adorably silly!

G.O’s humor . . . I love it ad infinitum.
