For the final round of G.O’s Airport Style, I will rewind and go back to the beginning. Well, not completely back, but back far enough to almost be the beginning! Back to December 2009 when the freshly debuted MBLAQ returned from spending time with mentor Rain’s Japanese Clouds. G.O set the halls of Gimpo ablaze decked in black and denim, his hoodie style in place and on point.

The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 698
Sometimes I hesitate to write about the mid to latter part of 2014. For me personally, the first half was extremely special and I always seem to want to go back and relive those exciting days of seeing and hearing G.O for the first time. But as the year moved on, things got a little difficult and yes, even sad. Still, there was so much G.O (and MBLAQ) to enjoy in 2014. There was the release of the Japanese single, Still In Love, the Broken comeback and of course the magnificence of watching G.O settle into being a formidable musical theater actor on both the Seopyeonje and Kingdom of the Winds stages. The men also traveled quite a bit in the summer months of that year which is fortunate for when I want to share some of G.O’s Airport Style. Today, just a quick and simple look back at G.O’s Incheon style on 6 June 2014, when he and guys departed for Mexico to begin a mini Latin American tour. Continue reading
The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 666
G.O wearing a soft and form fitted black t-shirt, arms exposed, his glossy hair highlighted by sunny Seoul skies teems with a combination of raging masculinity and gentle romanticism. At least that is how I see him when I look at pictures captured of MBLAQ’s return from their Japanese debut back in May 2011. But then, that is basically how I see G.O always. You know, that perfect blend of sweet and sexy; strong and gentle, etc. There were not many photographic captures that I could find of G.O at Gimpo that fine sunny day in May, but I found a few that encouraged me enough to want to add to the growing collection of G.O’s Airport Style here on the countdown.
The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 649
So often we see G.O in black that it is rather refreshing when he does slip into a crisp white tee which lends to brightening up the atmosphere, including the security corridors at Gimpo Airport. Happy Monday everyone! It is Day 649 and time for a very short and sweet G.O Airport Style moment to perk up our travels though this final week of November.
The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 620
If any of you came to the MBLAQ fandom after the summer of 2012, then I am sure you share the same regret for missing out on the Blaq% Asia Tour. In a way it is probably a good thing that I was not yet cognizant because I most likely would have gone head-to-head with my HR department to allow me the vacation time adequate enough to have gone to at least one of the shows on the tour to see G.O live on stage. In any event, my regret subsides when I come across the many pictures and cams from that tour which of course include the many airport sightings as the men darted their way throughout Asia. To add to my ever growing collection of G.O’s Airport Style, I share a little bit of the masked man as he and his MBLAQ cohorts made their way to and from Bangkok in early July 2012.
The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 588
August in Seoul and invariably Japan, is still pretty toasty warm. Summer is in full bloom and summer wear a given. Back on 14 August 2013, the men of MBLAQ were en route to Japan to begin their Zepp Sensation Tour. G.O was rocking all kinds of summer sensation style as he ambled through Incheon that day.
The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 580
I thought it might be nice to travel again with G.O to the land of his sexy airport style. Many of the times we have seen captures of him walking through any given airport, G.O has been masked and covered. Somehow it never detracts from how good he looks. True beauty, the kind that starts deep within, is impossible to hide.^^
Back in April of 2012, the men were making their way to the US. Ugh. Yes, before I knew them, MBLAQ did step foot in and perform on US soil. Los Angeles to be exact and at the iconic Hollywood Bowl for the 10th Annual Korean Times Music Festival. They left Seoul en route to LA on 26 April 2012 and G.O was a mysterious vision in black, denim and grey.
The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 549
It was a chilly and mild day in Seoul when G.O and his MBLAQ brothers took leave to Tokyo on 5 December 2013 for their Global Sensation Encore show. Sporting a jet black beanie and matching face mask, G.O was all casual, cozy and comfort as he made his way through Gimpo. And while it is true that the studded hi-tops he was wearing made his ensemble pop, my favorite thing he wore that day were his warm (and gorgeous) eye smiles.
The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 526
Beanie, shades and face mask will never retract from this guy’s omnipresent swag and stylish good looks. G.O proved just that back on 24 April 2012 as he glided through Gimpo Airport en route to Japan drenched in masculine shades of grey and black that coordinated like perfect pieces of a fashion puzzle. Haute airport couture. I felt like another Airport Style offering for today because sometimes watching G.O walk through an airport is like seeing him take flight from a different kind of runway altogether.
The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 510
Back on Day 474, I took a look at G.O’s airport style as MBLAQ headed to Bangkok on 13 March 2013 for a live concert performance. The men returned to Seoul four days later. Once again, G.O’s airport style was full of comfort with ever-present class and elegance. Every day in every way, G.O makes casual look so good.
