Ok, so even though I say that I am happy that I came to the MBLAQ party late in the game because I am not sure I would have been able to handle all of the OMG G.O moments real-time, I will confess that I really, really, REALLY wish I could have watched each and every episode of his Immortal Song 2 performances as they were being broadcast. Not only to take the journey to the depths of his heart via song, but also to enjoy his many moments interacting with the other vocalists, the audience, commentators and MCs.

Give the tender G.O four and a half minutes of your time and I guarantee he will melt and rearrange the DNA of your heart. His final performances on Immortal Song 2 were perhaps his most poignant and moving. Maybe I am overly emotional lately. Or, maybe I am just missing him because when I watch his performance of 사랑스런 그대 [Lovable You], it brings me to my emotional knees, so to speak.

The western A+ who have the least cause to complain about getting the lovable men of MBLAQ on their soil are the Latin A+, specifically Mexico and South America. The USA+ have yet to experience a music bank, for example. Or, see the ever-seductive G.O go completely Latin style a la vida loca! Latin A+ will never know how lucky they were to have experienced that incredible moment G.O gifted to all of them!

Today I asked myself: Do you think there are some pictures of G.O out there that you don’t like? I pondered for a moment and thought, impossible! I love them all! True, I will favor some over others. That’s natural. I will confess, however, that pictures displaying his resplendent smile are my favorites. Especially the ones taken by his fans capturing those un-planned/un-posed moments; moments of complete and true happiness. I have been missing that particular G.O smile very, very much.

If you have had a chance to look over the index of these countdown posts, you may have noticed that I have been trying to group various posts within some kind of subtitle of sorts: Becoming Immortal, G.O One Shot, Singing Benét, etc. I have also included a subtitled group called The Heavenly Collaboration. It has been one year. One year since the men of MBLAQ stepped onto their first stage as a trio at Omiya Sonic City in Saitama, Japan. I think back on those two very important performances and am filled with so many emotions, still. I told you I was the sentimental type. Nevertheless, I remain so very grateful to have been there to support G.O, Seung Ho and Mir, and on this 11oth day of G.O’s service, commemorate the anniversary of that very special day.
