The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 288

When I look at old fan cams of showcases, fan meets and fan signs, I am always so taken with G.O’s genuine and often heartfelt appreciation of his fans. Never one to shy away from speaking, pranking or even fulfilling fans’ requests (no matter how absurd) and often without hesitancy or even protest, he truly is an artist who will go to great lengths to please us, always. If his talent and charm were not already enough, his gratitude and appreciation for his fans has no match. Yes, I am biased but I can also proclaim such based upon my own personal experiences. G.O’s playful affection caught back at the outdoor mini fan meet in March 2012 is the subject of Day 288 (the 1st day of December!) and another installment of G.O’s Fabled Fan Service.

G.O’s InstaHAPPYgram

Every day is a good day to be a MBLAQ fan but today was extra special. With G.O quietly serving out his military duties in public service, social media updates are cautiously allowed. He has restrained absent a few Twitter/Instagram profile picture changes which is a sweet (and cheeky) way to connect with his adoring fans while he is away. He went one better today by updating his Instagram account with this gorgeous picture of himself along with Seung Ho and Mir with a caption that read:

The three of us have been reunited after a long time.
We’ve worked hard.  Can you tell what cds are behind us.

I can work with infrequent updates from him if there are more selcas (solo or with the group) in the future. Then again, I am perfectly content with any method he chooses, so long as he continues to stay in contact. ^.~

It is true that MBLAQ’s allure lies soundly in the music and all extensions of it in way of entertainment (variety, drama, film, musical theater, modeling, endorsements, etc). What makes them even more rounded and attractive, however, is the way in which they love their strong, loving and very enduring A+.

[event] Merry MBLAQ Christmas Packages: Thank You

All packages have been sent (recipient, nominator, nominee). I can only hope that all on the receiving end who never confirmed receipt did in fact receive their packages safely (some are still in transit). The packages left my care with a hug, a kiss, and a smile. From there, they were on their own to arrive to their final destinations. I have to say, I enjoyed putting each and every one of the packages together. It was indeed a labor of love. However, I am happy and extraordinarily relieved the event is over.

The best thing to do with the best things in life is to give them away.

Greetings!! The next stage of the Merry MBLAQ Christmas Package event is now upon us! Before I get to the announcement of the ten recipients of the packages, I want to take a moment to thank everyone who participated and sent in nominations. It was an emotional tsunami of love that stormed its way into my heart and the hearts of my hardworking elves, and it did so with a force none of us were prepared for. My elves and I were overwhelmed by the response and equally overwhelmed by the words of love and support shared in those nominations. I can assure you choosing ten was not an easy task but I am happy to announce with great appreciation and love, the following recipients.
