It seems with all of his many recent updates, survival reports, and chat sessions over the past five months that G.O has rediscovered his playfulness. I admit that of the many things I so dearly admire about this charming and ever so talented man is his playful mischievous nature. This is something that clearly endears him to all from his family and friends to his adoring G.Oddesses. Yes, G.Oddesses. In his most recent chat session, he returned to referring to his tribe – you know, those of us who call him our bias, as G.Oddesses.  That’s kind of romantic to me. But before my heart completely derails here, let me refocus. This post aims at looking at a moment of playful G.O (which of course can easily fall into the romantic category if you are like me and appreciate a playful man with a cheeky sense of humor). Oh my . . . staaaaahp!!~^^ Today, I look back at the very short (but cute) teaser video MBC Every1 released in anticipation of MBLAQ’s variety show, Idol Manager.

Back on 29 May 2007, the fresh-on-the scene R&B trio Tykeys visited the KBS studios to record an episode of the music variety-talk show, Yoon Do Hyun’s Love Letter. You may recall way back on Day 36 I shared Tykeys’ amazing performance of Alicia Keys’ If I Ain’t Got You which the group performed for the audience that evening. Maybe it was before (or perhaps it was after that performance), Do Hyun took some time to chat with Lee Jung and got to know a little bit about his three young protégés. We learned that Su could rap, Hyun Jung could b-boy and G.O had rhythm, could dance, and was completely adorable through it all.

Happy Friday! Another work week is coming to a close for our charming enlisted man and it is almost time to relax and enjoy the weekend. For this Fan-Camming Friday, I wanted something short, simple, quick and cute. I also was in the mood for a fan sign cam. There were definitely a lot of fun and antics going on at the many fan signs that took place during Sexy Beat promotions, and this short cam moment for today could indeed be one of them as our mischievous G.O turns the tables on fans by pointing a camera at them.

Even if G.O believes that he cannot choose clothes, it is pretty safe to say that clothes can choose him and choose him well. Whatever he wears – be it of his own choice or the choice of a stylist or costume director, those finely woven pieces of fabric will invariably look balanced, comfortable, classy and fashionable. I have said it very often because it is true, clothes wear G.O very well. I would like to remind him (and all) of just that with my One Shot .gif today. Yes, today I want to revisit how he lit up the runway helping out designer Park Jong Chul during Seoul Fashion week in the autumn of 2012.

When it comes to the sixth letter of the alphabet, my mind becomes inundated with a myriad of words all of which are fitting in describing the fantastic G.O. Lately, with all of his updates and specifically his recent chat session, he has been fanning the fire in my heart, igniting a fierce impatience for his return as we attempt to navigate the final 241 days of his service. My theme for this post is about fire. The fire he brings to the stage that is undoubtedly born from the artistic fires that burn inside his creative soul. Today, F is for Fiery.

In his recent chat session back on 11 June at MBLAQ’s Daum Cafe, G.O mentioned, “It’s normally the people who have a good sense of fashion that wear black clothes; But I’m wearing them only because I’m bad at choosing clothes.” When I read that my first thought was, he’s not serious, is he?! I found it quite amusing that he said he was not good at choosing clothes to wear when I have been recently gushing over his airport style (and style in general) and the fact that he has incredible fashion sense, always looks very well put together and basically is good at choosing clothes! This would include my choice for today when MBLAQ was en route to Chile for a Music Bank performance back in November 2012.

I recalled those words spoken by Rosalind in William Shakespeare’s play, As You Like It the moment my notifications panel lit up on the morning of Monday, 12 June (on my side of the planet) and I saw that G.O had shared yet another survival report update. I thought to myself, will he continue this relentless assault on our hearts, creating a desire for more and more as we count down the days of his return? Indeed he is spoiling us and making conditions ripe for the desiring. Nevertheless, I don’t think any of us believe that there could ever be too many G.O survival reports and/or updates of any kind  . . . ever.

As nonsensical and crazy as the show was, it was nevertheless 16 episodes of getting to know the wonderful and diverse personalities and individual talents of our five fab crew. Where do begin for this Fan-Camming Friday? I had my heart set on one cam and then became totally undone when I found a different cam for a different song from the same show. It was then that I was promptly reminded that the 13-year old squealing fangirl that I thought had matured somewhat and settled into the fact that she was residing in a not so young anymore middle-aged woman, returned with a boisterous vengeance. It has been awhile since I watched a cam and screamed at the monitor the entire time but this is exactly what happened when I watched G.O rip into the fierce, flirtatious and fervid Oh Yeah back on 13 June 2010 in Iksan.
