While MBLAQ was still busy promoting their second mini album Y, Malaysian promotion, tour and event management company M.E Malaysia caught up with the gregarious bunch for a little getting to know you one-on-one session in a Gangnam-gu cafe late one night in July 2010. Even though they were exhausted from their hectic promotion schedule, the interview was playful and yielded some gorgeous pictures and one very cute video message to the Malaysian fans.
G.O in that jacket is just……lovely! We will see more of that lovely later, promise. First, I want to share the video message to the Malaysian fans from the men which is included in the BTS video of the making of the message.
G.O’s sweet introduction (after his NG, that is) in Malay must have delighted MA+! I have it on good authority that his pronunciation was perfect. It was quite the linguistics circus in this message. Mir spoke in Korean, G.O in Malay and Korean, Seung Ho in Mandarin and Korean, Joon in English, and Cheondung in English, Tagalog, and Korean!! Impressive! Take 3 was a go and the men of MBLAQ had successfully recorded the message to their Malaysian fans!

These early days. So special. M.E Malaysia provided a great pictorial to accompany their time with MBLAQ and G.O (as always) took my breath away. As aggressive as Y was, his softer appearance was winsome and romantic.
For reasons MA+ (or the rest of us) will never understand (especially when we ache for MBLAQ to visit our countries), their visit to Malaysia was delayed and did not happen until August 2014 when they appeared at the K-Festival ~ four years after they met with M.E Malaysia. It was brief and perhaps a little bittersweet given that only 4 of the 5 members were there. Still, better late than never! I also like to remind my mysterious Malaysian G.Orgeous friend who has been helping me so much as I travel down this Countdown journey, MA+ did get to see G.O in that glorious blue suit!!
To die for!!!
