여전히 선명한 목소리
Your voice is still so clear.

His voice so full of regret and longing. His eyes moist with emotion. I am not sure there are many artists in music today who can step onto a stage and literally hand you his heart with every note he sings in the way G.O can. I know I am biased, and achingly so. Still, I do not think I am exaggerating.

On November 22, 2013, G.O visited the Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook program and sang Lim Chang Jung’s 나란 놈이란 [A Guy Like Me]. I love, love, love to hear G.O sing when accompanied by a single instrument like the piano, his rich voice, an instrument all unto itself, so buoyant and lush.

Here, both instruments tender as a lullaby one moment, and passionately filled with despair the next. Sigh….this man.
