The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 74

If you are ever having a bad day, I suggest you revisit Sesame Player. Or, if you have not yet watched it, please do….it’s guaranteed entertainment and a perfect stress-reliever!!

One of my favorite segments of the half hour episodes of MBLAQ’s Sesame Player is the Aromatic Interview, and in particular, the segment in Episode 2.

[↑~~When asked if had a big heart~~↑]

The premise of the Aromatic Interview is almost like a truth or dare (minus the dare) initiated by a designated interviewer with said interrogation taking place in a bathroom. The interviewer would pose a series of questions he would ask and if the corresponding answer was not satisfactory, the interviewee would receive a ‘penalty’ which resulted in stink bomb being tossed into the small bathroom filling the space with a strong malodorous aroma.

In the very first episode of Sesame Player, when first introduced to the Aromatic Interview, G.O was the designated interviewer and Joon, the first interviewee. G.O was relentless issuing penalty after penalty on Joon. In Episode 2, the tables were turned, as it were, and Joon was the interviewer bent on revenge. He was able to get under G.O’s skin somewhat, but our lovely main vocal is quicker and more clever than Joon perhaps anticipated.

ㅎ ㅎ ㅎ!! Ok, so apart from G.O ultimately turning the tables back on Joon, my favorite part of the interview is the first kiss/first flight psych association!! It is kind of an interesting theory. I never really thought about it. That is, associating the experience or feeling of a first kiss with how one feels during a take off in an airplane.

G.O’s answer is simply perfect. First, an uneasy heart and the initial worry about something going wrong as the plane begins it take off. Then feeling dizzy due to the aircraft shaking as it is ascending. Finally, once up in the air the feeling of being pierced through the heart. I guess psychologically speaking, this is how G.O felt during his first kiss.

I die.

I would have to say that this is pretty much how I feel when I listen to G.O sing. Perhaps then for me, each song, no…..each note released from his gorgeous lips are like kisses received that repeatedly pierce my heart. My sequence might play out backwards, however. First the piercing of the heart followed by the dizziness which culminates into what I would dismiss as a love coma. Yeah, seems about right!

I don’t understand myself any more either, Byung Hee!! >< I am not going to try to figure it out. I am learning that when it comes to how I feel about G.O, that which is mysterious is far more interesting to navigate.

I had seen the part where G.O. interviews the others, but I don’t think I have seen this part where the tables get turned. Or if I had, I had forgotten.
Thanks so much for sharing it!
