Musing While Cruising the Hallyu Highway
When I sit down to consider upcoming Countdown posts, I find myself fighting the urge to make every day a Vocal Virtuosity day. I really enjoy listening to G.O sing. It is that simple. I am reminded time and again how rich, soothing and calming G.O’s voice is the quiet tenderness of a beautiful ballad. This is how I feel about Celebrate. And today, it is the warm embrace I am absolutely yearning for and need to share.

Things on my side of the world have been a little off and weird as of late due to our present political climate so I am grateful to have my little escape passage here on the blog in this countdown series. Every time I sit down to write about G.O it feels good. Even when I have to write about his interpretation of a particularly heartbreaking song or a devastatingly emotional moment from the musical stage, I always end up happy to have shined some light on his indomitable talent. Although everything about him makes me smile, his playful fan sign moments are special kinds of treasures. Today I share one from the Sexy Beat fan sign in Masan back on 20 July 2013.

I know that G.O has quite of bit of down time during the song Scribble but it certainly is not going to deter me from wanting to watch and/or share a focused fan cam of him during that song. In fact, I rather love watching him get lost in the music in the interim moments when he is not singing, often time smiling and waving to fans ~ connecting. But when he does sing, it is heartfelt and a truly blissful watch. Our Fan-Camming Friday dish served today is from a May 2012 performance at Busan Catholic University. I cannot help but give today’s post two labels: One Shot as well as Playful G.O for it is the perfect combination of both.
