It was a chilly and mild day in Seoul when G.O and his MBLAQ brothers took leave to Tokyo on 5 December 2013 for their Global Sensation Encore show. Sporting a jet black beanie and matching face mask, G.O was all casual, cozy and comfort as he made his way through Gimpo. And while it is true that the studded hi-tops he was wearing made his ensemble pop, my favorite thing he wore that day were his warm (and gorgeous) eye smiles.

There are days when G.O is almost too much man for my fragile female heart to endure. Really, at this point after four years of diligently admiring him you would think that I would have built up some resistance. What I am learning however, is that there is no armor or weaponry strong enough to help ward off G.O’s magnetism. It is simply impossible. That point is further driven home with incredible force when I come across cams that capture his extremely potent charisma (which is pretty much every capture). It is Fan-Camming Friday and for today, I thought we could head back to November 2013 and a clip of the aggressive and powerful 다시 [Again] from MBLAQ’s Sensation Tour, Taiwan edition.

On 27 April 2010, G.O hit the radio waves as a guest on DJ Hong Jin Kyung’s Music Space. Usually when I write about in studio radio show appearances it is because G.O at some point in the broadcast sings a song. That did not happen on this particular day in the studio, but I wanted to write about this appearance for a couple of reasons. One is because of the cute pictures A Lucky Day captured of G.O either arriving or leaving the station. The other reason is well . . . kind of ridiculous. Let me explain.

I think my desire to start posting more fan art is so I can look at that adorable picture of G.O up there with his dinosaur drawing! He just looks so cute and the overall composition of the picture is very warm and inviting. The soft pillows, the beautiful trees, the way the sunlight is filtering through the windows. It kind of sets the stage for art, doesn’t it? Today’s offering comes from Russian artist, Lera Pak.

Why do I have a feeling that these remaining 189 days are going to be invaded and duly taken over by Selca Magic moments here on the Countdown? Could it be because that at ten days into the month of August, G.O has updated for the 7th time? I say let the invasion continue! So yes, on the evening of 10 August, our beloved main vocal updated once again with a pic of himself with our beautiful leader, Yang Seungho. Kyaaa!!

I know I have barely scratched the surface of seeing every picture or video captured of G.O performing. And I know that what I have shared here to date is nothing new or different. Nothing you have not seen or watched before. So I really must thank you for indulging me. Hopefully the reminiscing has been enjoyable. And who knows, maybe I have dug up something you may not have seen or at best, have not seen in a good long while! Today I have a little Windows To Your Soul ~ The G.O Eye Connect moment from MBLAQ’s 28 February 2012 Seoul Art Technical College Orientation performance. I have to be honest, it kind of had my heart racing a bit.

MBLAQ has visited the Beatles Code studios a few times over the course of their cumulative variety show appearances all of which have been very entertaining. Three days. Six updates. On the evening of 6 August, G.O blessed his Instagram account (and us) with yet another update. I can only surmise that since he has most likely been free from work and military duty, he took advantage of being able to communicate with us full tilt. I don’t know about any of you, but he certainly made my otherwise mundane weekend one of the more exciting and memorable ones of 2017.

Well, it seems as if the God of Communication is not waiting until his service is complete to make staying in touch with us a priority. Yes, late, late, late Saturday evening..uh, er, Sunday morning or the 6th of August to be exact G.O took to updating his Instagram account once again, posting two pictures back-to-back that he most assuredly grabbed from his phone gallery archives. Two pictures he noted that were taken last year. Oh so very sweet and nostalgic.
