Okay, I am still in my Donghun nature boy mood. Not necessarily melancholic, but a bit of being absorbed in an introspective mood. The kind of mood that creates long, drawn out, relaxing sighs. Like Juliet on the balcony musing over the cute boy who snuck into the Capulet’s soiree, stole a kiss and with it, her heart. Yeah, that kind of mood. Some may say it is romantic in nature, but I think I am just feeling sentimental. And as I did go as far as once saying Siren:Dawn era Donghun gave me Romeo feels, I am going to expound on that here with my designated DH One Shot and call this one, Jeju Romeo. Honestly, I think it is his long silver-lavender hair.

The Soulful Countdown to G.O’s Discharge ~ Day 320

The tragic story of William Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet is timeless. Adapted in so many ways over the years since it first graced 16th century playhouses to the present, it seems everyone knows the story of the two ill-fated teenage lovers. It is my all time favorite Shakespearean play and I love it in every form, and that may even include a cheeky playful animated version with garden gnomes! This post should probably be all about Lee Joon as he was the one who voiced the animated gnome, Gnomeo, in the Korean version of Disney’s Gnomeo & Juliet. But….I only have eyes for one particular romeo who was in attendance at the special premiere of the film back in April 2011.
