All packages have been sent (recipient, nominator, nominee). I can only hope that all on the receiving end who never confirmed receipt did in fact receive their packages safely (some are still in transit). The packages left my care with a hug, a kiss, and a smile. From there, they were on their own to arrive to their final destinations. I have to say, I enjoyed putting each and every one of the packages together. It was indeed a labor of love. However, I am happy and extraordinarily relieved the event is over.

The best thing to do with the best things in life is to give them away.

Greetings!! The next stage of the Merry MBLAQ Christmas Package event is now upon us! Before I get to the announcement of the ten recipients of the packages, I want to take a moment to thank everyone who participated and sent in nominations. It was an emotional tsunami of love that stormed its way into my heart and the hearts of my hardworking elves, and it did so with a force none of us were prepared for. My elves and I were overwhelmed by the response and equally overwhelmed by the words of love and support shared in those nominations. I can assure you choosing ten was not an easy task but I am happy to announce with great appreciation and love, the following recipients.

When The Universe Conspires – Prelude to the Curtain Call


I had a plan. It was a good plan. I had the goods. They were nice goods. And, I had a bias (G.O) ready to celebrate a birthday on November 6th. Having given Federal Express a good chunk of my hard-earned change via my MBLAQ Love Package campaign, I figured they would be the best bet to get my bias his birthday gifts, and do so well in advance of the actual celebration day. Best laid plans, right? It seems Fedex along with the Universe (and the Suwon Lotte Department Store) had something else in mind. When the birthday box failed to pass through customs in Seoul and was returned to me, it seemed the only way that darling man was going to receive his gift from my Byung Hee World blog partner, Nelly (MyMyooz) and I, was if I would deliver it to him myself.
